    Refund Policy

    ROTOR – Refund & Cancellation Policy · Last updated: 27/02/2026

    1. Scope

    This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions purchased for access to the ROTOR SaaS platform operated by:

    ROTOR is a Business-to-Business (B2B) software service intended exclusively for professional users.

    2. Subscription Structure

    ROTOR is offered under a 12-month professional license agreement. Users may choose between:

    • Annual upfront payment
    • Monthly installment plan (12 monthly payments)

    Regardless of the selected payment method, the contractual commitment period is 12 months.

    3. 14-Day Conditional Satisfaction Guarantee

    ROTOR offers a 14-day conditional satisfaction guarantee from the date of account activation. A refund may be granted if:

    • The refund request is submitted within 14 calendar days of activation
    • The platform has been actively used
    • No violation of the Terms & Conditions has occurred
    • The account is in good standing

    Each request is reviewed individually.

    4. Non-Refundable Cases

    Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

    • Requests submitted after 14 calendar days
    • Lack of usage or inactivity
    • Change of business circumstances
    • Failure to understand platform features
    • Violation of Terms & Conditions
    • Payment failures after service access has been granted

    After the 14-day period, all payments are final and non-refundable.

    5. Installment Plans

    If the user selects the monthly installment option, the 12-month commitment remains binding, the 14-day guarantee still applies from activation date, and after 14 days, remaining installments remain due.

    Failure to complete installment payments may result in immediate suspension of access and recovery procedures if applicable.

    6. Refund Processing

    • The refund will be processed to the original payment method
    • Processing time: up to 10 business days
    • Transaction fees may be deducted where legally applicable

    Par Toutatis Limited reserves the right to refuse abusive or fraudulent refund requests.

    7. Chargebacks

    Users agree to contact ROTOR before initiating any chargeback procedure. Unjustified chargebacks may result in:

    • Immediate account termination
    • Permanent restriction of access
    • Legal recovery action where applicable

    8. Governing Law

    This Refund Policy shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
