ROTOR is a B2B SaaS platform providing automotive market analytics, vehicle sourcing intelligence, deal tracking tools, and related business software functionalities.

ROTOR is strictly reserved for professional users operating within the automotive industry. By subscribing, the user confirms they act in a professional capacity, are not a consumer, and use the platform for business purposes only.
Consumer protection laws do not apply to this agreement.
To access ROTOR, users must provide accurate and complete information, maintain the confidentiality of login credentials, and ensure secure use of their account.
Par Toutatis Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of false information, misuse, or violation of these Terms.
ROTOR is offered under a professional annual license. Two payment options may be available:
Regardless of payment method, the commitment period is 12 months. Prices are displayed on the website and may be updated at the company's discretion. All prices are exclusive of VAT or applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed through authorized payment providers. By subscribing, the user authorizes the initial charge and recurring charges (if monthly plan selected). Failure of payment may result in immediate suspension of access.
ROTOR offers a 14-day conditional satisfaction guarantee. Refunds are available only if the request is submitted within 14 calendar days of activation, the user has actively used the platform, and no breach of Terms has occurred.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval. After 14 days, all payments are non-refundable. Annual commitments remain binding.
All elements of ROTOR, including software, algorithms, data processing systems, branding, design, and content are the exclusive property of Par Toutatis Limited.
Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the platform during the subscription period. Reverse engineering, copying, redistribution, or unauthorized commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.
ROTOR aims to provide high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Par Toutatis Limited may perform maintenance, update features, or modify functionalities without prior notice.
Data displayed is sourced from third parties. Accuracy is not guaranteed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Par Toutatis Limited shall not be liable for loss of profits, business interruption, market losses, indirect or consequential damages, or decisions made based on platform data.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user during the previous 12 months.
Par Toutatis Limited may suspend or terminate access if payment defaults occur, Terms are violated, or fraudulent activity is detected. Upon termination, access is revoked and no refunds apply beyond the 14-day guarantee.
The company reserves the right to modify pricing, update features, and adjust service structure. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of modifications.
Users agree not to share platform access, disclose proprietary features, or distribute internal scoring methodologies. Violation may result in immediate termination.
Par Toutatis Limited shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, infrastructure failures, or government actions.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
